A: This a difficult question to answer. There are many reasons. The most important reason is that not all carpets are made of the same material, and not all stains are caused by the same thing. An experienced carpet tech will know how to best handle your individual cleaning needs.
Q: Will my carpets get dirty faster after I have them cleaned?
A: Not if a quality cleaning agent is used and it is completely rinsed out. Here is where it can get sticky. I wont get in to the physics of the PH scale or why your carpet should be a neutral or even slightly acidic PH. I will tell you that if there is a better cleaning agent available, one that is better for the environment and still cleans great, I would be using it.
Q: How exactly does Desert Dry's referral program and discounts work?
A: Desert Dry has never, nor will they ever play the bait and switch game. The price agreed upon is the price you pay. Discounts must be asked for before signing to give Desert Dry authorization to complete the work. $70 is the company minimum and discounts do not apply to this price. Desert Dry gives a 10% discount to active military and people over the age of 65. The referral program does not apply to businesses, but rather the individuals who are employed for that business. Discounts will not be given for referring pre-existing customers. For each $100 in completed service that a customer refers to Desert Dry, a $10 discount will be given to that individual on their next service call. Referral discounts begin at $100. Discounts do not combine. Discounts do not apply to carpet protector. Certain other limitations do apply.
